The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Liberty Christian Bulldogs to 40 in the Bishops non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bishops now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlisle for a VISAA Division IV contest on Thursday, December 7.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers enter the Seminole contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Amherst County ran past Nelson County (Lovingston, VA), 60-46, in a non-league contest.
