Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Middletown holds off Twin Valley
December 5, 2023: Elverson, PA 19520 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Middletown Blue Raiders (Middletown, PA) and the host Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA), saw Middletown's basketball squad hold off Twin Valley by a tally of 58-55.
With the victory, Middletown improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Blue Raiders host East Pennsboro (Enola, PA) to confront the Panthers in a Mid-Penn - Capital challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. East Pennsboro lost 63-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Penn Manor Comets (Millersville, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Twin Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 82-36 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, PA).
