Washington High School Basketball - Wenatchee holds off Ellensburg
December 5, 2023: Ellensburg, WA 98926 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wenatchee Panthers (Wenatchee, WA) and the host Ellensburg Bulldogs (Ellensburg, WA), saw Wenatchee's basketball squad hold off Ellensburg by a tally of 52-47.
With the victory, Wenatchee improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to West Valley (Yakima, WA) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. West Valley won 47-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Selah (Selah, WA)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Ellensburg will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 53-22 non-league loss to Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA).
