California High School Basketball - Helix knocked off by San Marcos
December 5, 2023: La Mesa, CA 91941 The San Marcos Knights basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Helix Highlanders to 39 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host University City for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. San Marcos will battle a Centurions team coming off a 61-12 non-league win over Bishop's (La Jolla, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 1-1.
The Highlanders (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros enter the contest with a 3-1 record.
