December 5, 2023: Falls City, TX 78113 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX) and the visiting Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX), saw Falls City's basketball squad wallop Yorktown by a count of 50-21.
With the victory, Falls City upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Pleasanton won 43-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Charlotte (Charlotte, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Goliad Tigers (Goliad, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Yorktown will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 48-40 non-league win over Industrial (Vanderbilt, TX).
