California High School Basketball - Novato topped by Marin Academy
December 5, 2023: San Rafael, CA 94901 The Marin Academy Wildcats basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Novato Hornets to 22 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Athenian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Marin Academy will battle a Owls team coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA). The Owls record now stands at 1-2.
The Hornets (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Santa Rosa prevailed over Benicia (Benicia, CA), 36-35, in a non-league contest.
