December 5, 2023: Erlanger, KY 41018 The Owen County Rebels basketball squad (Owenton, KY), was edged 34-27 in Tuesday's non-league bout with the host St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY)
With the win, St. Henry upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Oldham County (Buckner, KY) to clash with the Colonels in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Rebels clash with the Henry County Wildcats (New Castle, KY) in a District 31 bout, on Thursday, December 7. Owen County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 51-35 non-league loss to Walton-Verona (Walton, KY).
