California High School Basketball - Red Bluff tops Corning
December 5, 2023: Corning, CA 96021 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) and the host Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA), saw Red Bluff's basketball squad knock off Corning by a count of 37-18.
With the victory, Red Bluff upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Orland (Orland, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Orland won 35-22 in their recent non-league challenge against River Valley (Yuba City, CA)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Corning will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Fighting Zebras come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 28-17 non-league win over Las Plumas (Oroville, CA).
