Indiana High School Basketball - Maconaquah holds off Oak Hill
December 5, 2023: Converse, IN 46919 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) and the host Oak Hill Golden Eagles (Converse, IN), saw Maconaquah's basketball squad hold off Oak Hill by a tally of 28-25.
With the victory, Maconaquah improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Braves host Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) in a challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Oak Hill will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record.
