California High School Basketball - Soquel can't hold off Branham
December 5, 2023: Soquel, CA 95073 The Branham Bruins basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Soquel Knights to 37 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bruins now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilcox for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Branham will battle a Chargers team coming off a 63-42 non-league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 0-2.
The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Saratoga nudged Prospect (Saratoga, CA), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
