Texas High School Basketball - Dawson knocks off Memorial
December 5, 2024: Houston, TX 77024 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Dawson Eagles basketball team scored a good 68-54 win over the Memorial Mustangs.
The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Kempner defeated Texas City (Texas City, TX), 51-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Memorial will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Stingarees come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 51-41 non-league loss to Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX).
