In Thursday's non-league test, the Sunset Knights (Miami, FL) basketball squad trounced the visiting Everglades Prep Academy Panther (Homestead, FL), by a score of 70-41.

Next, the Knights encounter the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes (Miami, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 10. Sunset will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Tornadoes come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 68-58 non-league loss to Killian (Miami, FL).
