Texas High School Basketball - Gonzales knocks off Hondo
December 5, 2024: Hondo, TX 78861 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Gonzales Apaches basketball team scored a good 61-44 win over the Hondo Owls.
The Apaches (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cole (San Antonio, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Cole was topped by London (Corpus Christi, TX), 42-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Owls battle the Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Hondo will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Antlers come into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 79-29 non-league win over Gonzales (Gonzales, TX).
