December 5, 2024: Sulphur, OK 73086 The Hugo Buffaloes (Hugo, OK) basketball edged the host Sulphur Bulldogs (Sulphur, OK), 64-58 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Buffaloes now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Dickson for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. Hugo will play a Comets team coming off a 59-34 non-league loss to Caddo (Caddo, OK). The Comets record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Sulphur falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Madill (Madill, OK) to play the Wildcats in a Lake Country bout on Friday, December 6. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Madill lost 70-54 in their recent non-league bout against Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX)
