California High School Basketball - Merced victorious over Pleasant Valley

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Merced Bears basketball team scored a good 55-43 triumph over the Pleasant Valley Vikings.

The Bears (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Immanuel (Reedley, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Immanuel was toppled by Lemoore (Lemoore, CA), 69-63, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Pleasant Valley will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 80-66 non-league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA).
