Virginia High School Basketball - Mountain Mission routs Twin Valley
December 5, 2024: Pilgrims Knob, VA 24634 In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Mountain Mission Challengers basketball team scored a big 81-44 win over the Twin Valley Panthers.
The Challengers (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against June Buchanan (Pippa Passes, KY). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, June Buchanan was trounced by East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY), 85-18, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Twin Valley will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Generals come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 64-50 non-league loss to Hurley (Hurley, VA).
