Texas High School Basketball - Pearce thwarts Odessa
December 5, 2024: Richardson, TX 75080 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX) and the visiting Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX), observed Pearce's basketball team knock off Odessa by a score of 64-48.
The Mustangs (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South San Antonio (San Antonio, TX). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, South San Antonio prevailed over McCollum (San Antonio, TX), 58-38, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bronchos encounter the Midland Christian Mustangs (Midland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Odessa will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 67-59 non-league loss to Permian (Odessa, TX).
