Texas High School Basketball - Aledo triumphant over Coronado
December 5, 2024: Aledo, TX 76008 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) and the visiting Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX), observed Aledo's basketball team overwhelm Coronado by a score of 52-29.
The Bearcats (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against University (Waco, TX). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, University was routed by Coronado (Lubbock, TX), 56-31, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 61-4 non-league loss to Aledo (Aledo, TX).
