In Thursday's non-league test, the Falkner Eagles (Falkner, MS) basketball squad trounced the visiting Blue Mountain Cougars (Blue Mountain, MS), by a score of 75-51.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Houlka Wildcats (Houlka, MS) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 6. Falkner will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 63-18 non-league loss to East Union (Blue Springs, MS).

The Cougars (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Hickory Flat (Hickory Flat, MS). The Rebels come into the 1A Region 3 test with a 4-5 record.
