Kentucky High School Basketball - Menifee County crushes Bourbon County
December 5, 2024: Frenchburg, KY 40322 The Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), 63-40 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Fleming County for a District 61 bout on Friday, December 6. Menifee County will play a Panthers team coming off a 71-47 non-league loss to Scott (Covington, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Bourbon County falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Estill County (Irvine, KY) to play the Engineers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. The Engineers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Estill County lost 65-61 in their recent non-league bout against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY)
