North Dakota High School Basketball - Central Cass overwhelms Hillsboro/Central Valley
December 5, 2024: Buxton, ND 58218 The Central Cass Squirrels basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros to 41 in the Squirrels non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Squirrels now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Lisbon for a A Region 1 game on Thursday, December 12. Central Cass will confront a Broncos team coming off a 53-34 non-league loss to Richland (Colfax, ND). The Broncos record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Hillsboro/Central Valley falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The H-cv burros travel to Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Titans go into the game with a record of 2-0. Drayton/Valley-Edinburg won 50-44 in their recent league game against Cavalier (Cavalier, ND)
