The Highland Huskies basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Ellicott Thunderhawks to 53 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Huskies now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Highland will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 50-49 non-league loss to Eaton (Eaton, CO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
