In Thursday's league contest, the host Simley Spartans basketball team scored a big 78-10 triumph over the Harding Knights.

The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, St. Croix Lutheran was trounced by Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN), 70-40, in a non-league contest.
