December 5, 2024: Ottawa Lake, MI 49267 Ida Bluestreaks (Ida, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Whiteford Bobcats (Ottawa Lake, MI), 46-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Ida upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bluestreaks travel to Hillsdale (Hillsdale, MI) to face the Hornets in a Lenawee County match on Tuesday, December 10. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 1-1. Hillsdale won 47-38 in their recent non-league match against Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI)
The Bobcats now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Erie-Mason for a Tri-County match on Thursday, December 12. Whiteford will face a Eagles squad coming off a 46-43 non-league loss to Jefferson (Monroe, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
