The Wilcox Chargers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Leigh Longhorns to 52 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Chargers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Sequoia for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10.

With the loss, Leigh falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Menlo School (Atherton, CA) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. The Knights go into the game with a record of 4-0. Menlo School won 66-11 in their recent non-league game against Independence (San Jose, CA)
