Utah High School Basketball - North Summit can't hold off Morgan
December 5, 2024: Morgan, UT 84050 Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT), 51-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Morgan advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Grantsville (Grantsville, UT) to face the Cowboys in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Cowboys enter the match with a record of 1-0. Grantsville won 57-45 in their recent non-league match against Emery (Castle Dale, UT)
The Braves now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Layton Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. North Summit will face a Eagles squad coming off a 65-28 non-league loss to West Field (Taylor, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
