In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Reed Raiders basketball team scored a good 42-33 triumph over the North Tahoe Lakers.

The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Galena topped Reno (Reno, NV), 39-18, in a league contest.
