North Carolina High School Basketball - Rocky River knocks off Piedmont
December 5, 2024: Monroe, NC 28110 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Rocky River Ravens (Mint Hill, NC) and the host Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC), observed Rocky River's basketball team overcome Piedmont by a margin of 44-30.
The Ravens (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Berry (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Central Eagles (Pageland, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Piedmont will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record.
