December 5, 2024: Longview, WA 98632 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host R.A. Long Lumberjacks basketball squad scored a nice 62-50 victory over the Seton Catholic Cougars.
With the victory, R.A. Long advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Lumberjacks travel to Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA) to meet the Hawks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 1-1. Hockinson won 46-38 in their recent non-league battle against Columbia (White Salmon, WA)
The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Battle Ground for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 7. Seton Catholic will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 72-67 non-league win over Heritage (Vancouver, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
