Texas High School Basketball - Abilene knocked off by Colleyville Heritage
December 5, 2025: Abilene, TX 79603 In Friday's non-league test, the Colleyville Heritage Panthers (Colleyville, TX) basketball team were winner over the host Abilene Eagles (Abilene, TX), by a tally of 42-30.
The Panthers now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pearce for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. Colleyville Heritage will play a Mustangs team coming off a 66-38 non-league win over Eagle Mountain (Fort Worth, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Abilene falls to 5-5 on the season. The Eagles host Midland (Midland, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Midland lost 54-51 in their recent non-league bout against Lamar (Arlington, TX)
