The Chase County Longhorns basketball squad (Imperial, NE), was outscored 66-52 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting McCook Bison (McCook, NE)

With the victory, McCook advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bison travel to Norton (Norton, KS) to meet the Bluejays in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 11. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Norton won 59-43 in their recent league challenge against Hoxie (Hoxie, KS)

In their next game, the Longhorns meet the Sidney Red Raiders (Sidney, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 12. Chase County will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
