The Downtown Magnets Suns were victorious over the host San Fernando Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 80-72 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Suns clash with the USC-MAE Trojans (Los Angeles, CA) in a Freeway outing, on Monday, December 8. Downtown Magnets will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 4-0 record after their 55-33 non-league win over University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA).

With the loss, San Fernando falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sylmar (Sylmar, CA) to confront the Spartans in a Valley Mission outing on Monday, December 8. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 1-4. Sylmar lost 71-58 in their recent non-league outing against La Salle (Pasadena, CA)
