In Friday's non-league bout, the Greenwood Eagles (Greenwood, SC) basketball team edged the host Westside Rams (Anderson, SC), by a tally of 64-63.

The Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wren for a non-league bout on Monday, December 8. Greenwood will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 85-72 non-league win over Tasmania National Intensive Training (Prospect, Australia) (, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Westside falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. T.L. Hanna won 57-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC)
