December 5, 2025: North Canton, OH 44720

The Whitmer Panthers basketball squad (Toledo, OH), was crushed 76-46 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH)

With the victory, Hoover advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Vikings host Garfield Community Learning Center (Akron, OH) to meet the Golden Rams in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 6. The Golden Rams enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Garfield Community Learning Center won 55-40 in their recent league battle against Buchtel (Akron, OH)

The Panthers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Reynoldsburg for a non-league challenge on Sunday, December 7. Whitmer will battle a Raiders team coming off a 82-73 league win over Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.
