Washington High School Basketball - Newport - Bellevue fells Interlake

December 5, 2025: Bellevue, WA 98008

The Newport - Bellevue Knights basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Interlake Saints to 52 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Newport - Bellevue will confront a Lynx team coming off a 50-46 league loss to Lakeside (Seattle, WA). The Lynx record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Interlake drops to 2-1 on the year. The Saints travel to Sammamish (Bellevue, WA) to face the RedHawks in a 3A KingCo - Other outing on Tuesday, December 9. The RedHawks enter the outing with a record of 2-2. Sammamish lost 60-50 in their recent non-league outing against Skyline (Sammamish, WA)
