California High School Basketball - Sacramento can't hold off Junipero Serra
December 5, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95817 Junipero Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA) backers went home thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Sacramento Dragons (Sacramento, CA), 63-57 in a non-league contest.
The Padres (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Marin Catholic got by De La Salle (Concord, CA), 64-60, in a non-league match.
The Dragons now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellarmine College Prep for a non-league match on Thursday, December 11. Sacramento will face a Bells squad coming off a 64-44 non-league win over Branson (Ross, CA). The Bells record now stands at 3-0.
