The Spring Lions basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Killeen Kangaroos to 59 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Woodlands Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 6. Spring will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 63-51 non-league loss to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 5-5.

The Kangaroos (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Klein Cain (Houston, TX). The Hurricanes come into the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Klein Cain was nipped by Langham Creek (Houston, TX), 59-52, in a non-league test.
