Texas High School Basketball - Leonard routs Rains
December 5, 2025: Leonard, TX 75452 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Leonard Tigers basketball team scored a big 53-24 win over the Rains Wildcats.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Wolfe City (Wolfe City, TX). The Wolves come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Wolfe City was trounced by Collinsville (Collinsville, TX), 78-58, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Celeste for a non-league match on Friday, December 5. Rains will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 79-21 non-league loss to Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-4.
