In Friday's non-league test, the Liberty Redhawks (Liberty, NY) basketball squad trounced the visiting Tri-Valley Bears (Grahamsville, NY), by a score of 80-39.

Next, the Redhawks clash with the Port Jervis Raiders (Port Jervis, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County III bout, on Monday, December 8. Liberty will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

With the loss, Tri-Valley falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Eldred (Eldred, NY) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Monday, December 15. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
