In Friday's non-league bout, the Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX) basketball team edged the host Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX), by a tally of 56-53.

The Panthers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Waxahachie for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. Midlothian will play a Indians team coming off a 76-65 non-league win over Wilson (Dallas, TX). The Indians record now stands at 4-3.
