Florida High School Basketball - Wildwood nips Mount Dora Christian Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Wildwood Wildcats basketball team scored a close 62-61 win over the Mount Dora Christian Academy Bulldogs.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against South Lake (Groveland, FL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, South Lake got by Dr. Phillips (Orlando, FL), 62-61, in a non-league match.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orangewood Christian for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. Mount Dora Christian Academy will face a Rams squad coming off a 76-53 league win over Trinity Prep (Winter Park, FL). The Rams record now stands at 5-2.
