New Mexico High School Basketball - Oak Grove Classical Academy routed by Texico
December 5, 2025: Texico, NM 88135 Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls (Albuquerque, NM), 58-29 in a non-league match.
The Wolverines (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Grady (Grady, NM). The Bronchos go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Grady smashed Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 60-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Owls battle the Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 6. Oak Grove Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Steers go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 50-25 non-league win over To'hajiilee (To'hajiilee, NM).
