Texas High School Basketball - Plano fells Round Rock
December 5, 2025: Plano, TX 75075 The Plano Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Round Rock Dragons to 39 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now have a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Plano East for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Plano will confront a Panthers team coming off a 62-55 non-league win over North Garland (Garland, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Round Rock falls to 9-2 on the year. The Dragons host McNeil (Austin, TX) to confront the Mavericks in a 6A Region IV District 25 game on Tuesday, December 9. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 10-4. McNeil won 72-59 in their recent non-league game against Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX)
