Republic County Buffaloes (Belleville, KS) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Washington County Tigers (Washington, KS), 74-39 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Republic County advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Bennington (Bennington, KS) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 1-0. Bennington won 50-38 in their recent non-league contest against Sylvan-Lucas (Sylvan Grove, KS)

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Pike Valley Panthers (Scandia, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Washington County will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
