December 5, 2025: Texline, TX 79087 In Friday's non-league test, the Abernathy Antelopes (Abernathy, TX) basketball squad defeated the host Texline Tornadoes (Texline, TX), by a final score of 63-47.
Next, the Antelopes clash with the Clarendon Broncos (Clarendon, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 6. Abernathy will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Broncos come into the test with a 9-5 record after their 61-17 non-league win over Tulia (Tulia, TX).
The Tornadoes (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Valley (Turkey, TX). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Valley beat Springlake-Earth (Earth, TX), 72-27, in a non-league bout.
