December 5, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87109 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM), observed Albuquerque Academy's basketball team overwhelm Goddard by a score of 64-34.
The Chargers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Alamogordo trounced Artesia (Artesia, NM), 40-33, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rockets encounter the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 6. Goddard will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 39-30 non-league loss to Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM).
