Arkansas High School Basketball - Marshall can't get by Mammoth Spring

The Bears (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Izard County (Brockwell, AR). The Cougars come into the 2A Region 2 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Izard County edged Marshall (Marshall, AR), 54-44, in a league battle.
The Bobcats now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jasper for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 9. Marshall will battle a Pirates team coming off a 48-19 non-league loss to Quitman (Quitman, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 10-6.
