The Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ) basketball edged the host Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ), 54-50 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Rangers now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Buena for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9.

With the loss, Queen Creek moves to 2-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Skyline (Mesa, AZ) to encounter the Coyotes in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 9. The Coyotes enter the battle with a record of 3-3. Skyline won 51-23 in their recent non-league battle against Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ)
