In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Allegany Campers basketball squad scored a tight 48-41 victory over the GVCS Broadfording Lions.

With the victory, Allegany upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Campers travel to Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD) to confront the Sentinels in a contest on Friday, January 9. The Sentinels go into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Heritage Academy Eagles (Hagerstown, MD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. GVCS Broadfording will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
