Florida High School Basketball - LaBelle toppled by Lemon Bay
December 5, 2025: Englewood, FL 34224 Lemon Bay Manta Rays (Englewood, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting LaBelle Cowboys/Cowgirls (LaBelle, FL), 40-27 in a league contest.
The Manta Rays (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL). The Pirates go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Port Charlotte topped Discovery (Lake Alfred, FL), 28-26, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cowboys/Cowgirls confront the East Lee County Jaguars (Lehigh Acres, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. LaBelle will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
